Love Yourself and Free Yourself From Pain and Suffering

I don’t know why it’s so hard to give yourself the same love and affection that you give to others. Because learning to love yourself will relieve emotional pain and suffering, it’s really the key to a more peaceful life.

To love yourself, take one suggestion per day for 5 days, and repeat.

  1. Free your heart from hatred – forgive.
  2. Free your mind from worries – most never happen.
  3. Live simply and appreciate what you have.
  4. Give more.
  5. Expect less from people but more from yourself.
