Encouragement: The action of giving someone support, confidence, or hope. Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you question whether or not you’re doing the right thing? And yet you think it’s right. It feels right. But you’re not quite getting the results you’d hoped for. Because of this, you need some encouragement.
Although it would be nice to get encouragement from family and friends, sometimes you just gotta do it for yourself. In any case, don’t let negative talk and self-doubt get in the way of your dreams.

Thanks to Louise Hay for her many affirmations for encouragement and more.
The following affirmations are from Louise L. Hay, known as one of the founders of the self-help movement. In fact, her book, Heal Your Body is just one of the many classics she has written to help motivate you to use all of your resources to feel better and achieve your goals. For this reason, I encourage you to learn more about Louise by visiting her website, www.louisehay.com.
5 Affirmations for Encouragement
1. “I will not be distracted by noise, chatter, or setbacks. Patience, commitment, grace, and purpose will guide me.”
To begin with, be determined to stay focused. From here on in, don’t let anything or anyone steal your attention away from your goals. In any case, know that it’s as easy as giving yourself a big “STOP” or “NO” to get back on track.
2. “All is well. Everything is working out for my highest good. Out of this situation, only good will come. I am safe.”
Don’t be afraid. When you dedicate yourself to something you love, you’ve got to believe that you’re doing your calling. Isn’t it true that you were meant to be successful in your life? In addition, don’t you love the part of the above affirmation that says, “…only good will come“? You can believe it because it’s true.
3. “Each day is a new opportunity. I choose to make this day a great one.”
Encouragement for a better life. This goes along with another Louise Hay affirmation, “I choose to make the rest of my life, the best of my life.” In short, let determination be your guide. To be sure, this is a great day!

4. “You are the only person who thinks in your mind! You are the power and authority in your world.”
Don’t let others mess with your dreams. Above all, you’re in charge of your own thoughts, so let no one bring you down with words or actions. You have all the power you need right between your ears. Use it.
5. “I am in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing.”
As I said, you think it’s the right thing because it feels right. That’s because it’s exactly what you should be, and need to be, doing. Right now! In the meantime, get yourself together with the above affirmations.
When you get a chance, please check out the Dance Safari post, “12 Symptoms of Inner Peace“. To quote Louise Hay, “In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete.”
Also, from Simon and Garfunkel in the classic song “Bridge Over Troubled Water”, know that “…all your dreams are on their way“.

Thanks!
Good evening, thank you for inspiring, i like number 5 the most🤗
I also like #5. Isn’t it nice to have a little chant like that to remind us that we’re doing the best we can? Thanks for the comment.
